If you will the shirt:

1. You will recieve an e-mail from Hot 108 Jamz at the e-mail address you indicated when you entered to win.

2. You will be asked to indicate a size of shirt (Small, Medium, Large, X-tra Large or XX Large) sizes are available.

3. You will be supplied with a confirmation code.

4. We will e-mail you again concerning the drawing of the confirmation code.  If we select your code you will also win $108.00 (US DOLLARS). 

5. You must be at least 18 years old and have an active and valid paypal account to win the $108.00 cash prize.
